Additionally, Aks Foundation collaborates with corporates to conduct workshops on gender issues, gender-based violence, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace, and the impact of domestic violence. Aks has previously trained corporate employees, including contract workers like drivers, security guards, and housekeeping staff. The organization’s director and legal advisors also serve as external experts on internal grievance and POSH committees for companies across India. The corporate workshops aim to sensitize staff, create empathetic workplaces, promote leadership among women by breaking stereotypes and communication hurdles.
