Operations Head

Job Role

We are looking to hire an Operations Head who will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of Aks Foundation.

Source new avenues of funding
Maintain partnerships with Corporates for funding, tie-ups and events
Branding and marketing activities of the company
Allocate budgets (corporate funding)
Maintain expense records and communicate the same to the corporates (quarterly or as and when required)
Be the SPOC between Aks Foundation and external institutes (policy, hospitals, NOG’s)
Recruit volunteers as and when needed
Tie-up with volunteer recruiting agencies (Connectfor, etc)
Liaise with the Legal team when required
Renewal of MOU’s
Ensure the database of cases are updated and actioned accordingly
Ensure adequate training programmes are conducted for the volunteers
Review practices to ensure statutory compliance
Effectively manage and guide the respective vertical Lead’s and volunteers
Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Effectively demonstrating the mission, vision, and values of Aks Foundation on a daily basis

We are looking for a dynamic individual to who will take ownership of the smooth functioning of Aks Foundation

Minimum 5 years of work experience
Proficient language skills (English & Hindi) - spoken and written. Marathi language skills would be an advantage
Deep belief in Aks Foundation’s vision, mission, and core values
Goal oriented and proactive
Excellent project and people management skills
Good presentation and organising skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Ability to manage a team and drive initiativesvision, mission, and core values
