Brig Deepak Bajaj, VSM, (Retd) is a veteran army brigadier, with over 35 years of service in the army and has served extensively in varied and difficult terrains and operational conditions including participation in the 1971 Indo – Pak War and anti-terrorist operations in Jammu & Kashmir.

Experienced in operational and strategic planning, resource, material and financial management, training and administration, as well as in liaison with civil administration at national, state and regional levels, he was awarded the coveted Vashist Seva Medal by the President of India on Republic Day 2004, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to National Security during Communal Disturbances in Gujarat.

Post retirement in March 2006, he was employed for over three years as Director Human Resource & Administration with a 200 Crore Group and HR Advisor with a start-up and is a Corporate Trainer and an Advisor & Consultant in Human Resource Management. He has also been a visiting faculty at various Business Schools in Pune.
