Her practice encompasses providing strategic advice on intricate commercial and IP disputes while effectively managing IP portfolios across a wide array of industries, including FMCG, automobiles, fashion, electronics, entertainment, education, food and beverages, software, etc.Sandhya also assists the clients in drafting of various policies such as Brand Usage Policy, Internet Policy, Privacy Policy etc. In addition, Sandhya partners with clients to manage their trademark portfolios around the world specifically in the SAARC region and regularly counsels clients on trademark disputes.
